Tigra Q&A

New 2.5.1 version is available for download for all tigra members.

Both Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 1.5 versions

If you are experiencing any trouble loading tigra (some server setting are acting up) - use joomla 1.5 version instead... Instructions are in the pack.

For download - simply login to our site: http://www.eucso.info

and follow link:

If you don't see any downloads, just send us an email with your username (on eucso when you paid for Tigra) and we'll add you to the Tigra club.

And remember - we offer full installation support. Some migrations from 2.4 to 2.6 or 2.6.RC to 2.6.1 are experiencing problems, b/c you need to run some mysql queries. If you are not sure what to do - just send us your cpanel access or what ever hosting access you have (remember ftp is not enough as we need to access your phpMyAdmin) and joomla superadmin access to web @ eucso.info /no spaces of course/ and we'll help you out.

p.s. if you want to keep your current settings - from Tigra 2.5.0 version - just:

1. login to your server via ftp (or server's file manager like from cPanel)
2. navigate to: templates/tigracon_tigra/
3. delete everything but file tigra.json (where your configuration is stored)
4. upload content from update pack tigracon_tigra_2.5.1.zip previously unzipped ... all but tigra.json
Access Tigra as usual...

for Joomla 1.5 :

1. login to your server via ftp (or server's file manager like from cPanel)
2. navigate to: components/com_community/templates/tigra/
3. delete everything but file params.ini (where your configuration is stored)
4. upload content from update pack tigra_1.5.zip previously unzipped ... all but params.ini
