What is tigra_js_fix_extract.zip and how to upload?

HI, I am new to your templates and having trouble understanding how to install, hope you can help quickly. I have a fresh install of Joomla 2.5 with RocketTheme's Afterburner template installed, as well as JomSocial.

I have downloaded tigra_framework_2.5.1_extract_first.zip and extracted.

According to your instructions, I first need to upload extracted files from tigra_js_fix_extract.zip

I am unclear on how to do this -- when extracted, there are 3 folders. These folders already exist on the server, so I do not want to overwrite them. Is there a way to upload these files via an installer? Please explain how to upload these files -- what are they for?
